Find or lead a Bible reading group in Singapore

Is there more meaning to life? Pray.sg runs small Bible reading groups. A volunteer leads each one, and the group reads together rather than being lectured at. You do not need to know anything to join, and you do not need to be sure about any of it.

Why it exists

03What happens

A group reads together, and talks about what it read.

No test, and no expectation that you have read ahead. The group works through Scripture at a pace everyone can follow, and the questions people bring are usually the most useful part. Bring a Bible if you have one.

04Who leads

A volunteer, not a paid teacher.

Somebody who reads Scripture themselves and is willing to help others do the same. Not a pulpit, and no theology degree. It asks for turning up regularly and being comfortable saying you do not know.

Plenty of people want to read the Bible and quietly assume they have missed the point at which it was explained to them. They have not. That is what the group is for.
